The Varjo XR-3 is the second version of the XR helmet from the manufacturer VARJO. The XR-3 is the world’s first mixed reality HMD with ultra-high resolutions up to 71 ppd. It integrates a 200 Hz Eyetracking solution and VARJo Inside-out tracking while being compatible with SteamVR 2.0 positioning systems as well. For the interaction part VARJO has also embarked the latest Ultraleap and a LiDAR RGB camera to maximize user interactions in the real environment. Its new, more ergonomic design makes it lighter than its predecessors despite all these on-board technologies, thus facilitating the use over time of this type of product.
